We want you to be happy with what you bought. Here's exactly how refunds work.
One-time products
All one-time product purchases (e.g. Techie PDF Tools) are covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied within 14 days of purchase, email contact@techiekhalid.com with your order ID and we'll process a full refund within 5–10 business days.
Subscriptions
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but the current billing period is non-refundable. You retain access to all subscription features until the end of that period.
Pro-rata refunds may be granted at our sole discretion in cases of extended service failure on our end.
Custom development & consulting
Custom development work, completed milestones, and consumed consulting hours are non-refundable. Any refund terms specific to a custom engagement will be set out in the engagement letter.
How to request a refund
Send an email to contact@techiekhalid.com with your order ID and a brief reason. We respond within one business day and process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, your account may be suspended pending resolution. We'd much rather solve the underlying issue — please email us first.
